Business Information Settings

The Business Information page allows you to manage your company profile and branding information.
This information helps customers identify your business and may be displayed on checkout and payment pages.

How to Access Business Information Settings

You can access the Business Information page in two ways:

Option 1: From the Homepage (Recommended for first-time setup)

Log in to the PIK system
From the homepage, follow the first-step setup prompt
Click Business Information to begin setting up your company details

This option is recommended when you are setting up your account for the first time.

Log in to the PIK system
Navigate to Settings
Select Business Info

What You Can Configure

On the Business Information page, you can configure the following details:

Business Logo
Upload your company logo to represent your brand on payment and checkout pages.
Supported formats include JPG, PNG, and SVG.
Business Name
The official name of your business.
This name will be visible to customers during checkout.
Business Address
Your company’s registered or operating address.
This address may be displayed to customers on payment pages.
Contact Information
Includes your business contact email and phone number for customer communication.

Where This Information Is Displayed

The following business information may be shown to your customers:

On hosted checkout pages
On payment or order summary screens
As part of your business branding during the payment experience

Keeping this information accurate helps build customer trust and improves the checkout experience.

Saving Changes

After updating your business information:

Review all details carefully
Click Save Business Information
